Hi,
I am trying to create read-only users.
So I checked "ro" column in agents <-> groups. (The groups still are the default ones, i.e. admins, stats, users.)
Unfortunately the read-only user cannot see any ticket.
Did I misunderstand anything in way to do?

I found myself why the read-only user could not see tickets in the dashboard.
In SysConfig, I need to set Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Dashboard, Permissions to "ro" instead of "rw" for the wished blocks.
