inline image not showing up in ticket

Hi,

We have setup otrs 3.0.4. all works well accept for email containing images. The image doesn't show up in the ticket, neither as attachment nor as inline. All it shows is:

[cid:8916E27B-719E-419F-AEBE-93A3A064D317]

What is going wrong?

Possibly something at the email client end: which email client is being used to create these tickets? How the the images being embedded?

Outlook 2007 is being used as email client. Including images by using drag & drop.

That's a "feature" in Outlook. As I saw in CVS Log, there will be a resulution in 3.0.5.
