how to receive a mail as a ticket in otrs with help of pop3

hi all,

i am working on a project where we get our errors on microsoft outlook now our pm wants to keep track of the number of errors we get so he asked me to use otrs for that , i am new to otrs but i have have a brief idea of it.

problem: i want to redirect all my error mails as a tickets in otrs , and i have done my search that using PostMaster Mail Account i can do it that but i have use pop3 in that. i have less idea about this

can anyone please tell me what is the address of otrs that i redirect my error mail to otrs so that it is put in a queue or how to configure outlook that as soon as my error mail comes it sends it to otrs , i know this quiet basic but i am very new to otrs ......... please help me..

You create an inbox [for instance, on Exchange] that OTRS queries.

i tried and gave my id ..... it has taken many of mails as tickets and also deleted those mails from my mail box ....... is it possible that it wont delete my mails from my inbox.............
