Close Tickets are Visible in QUE View

Hi,
After closing tickets it should not visible in QUE view of agents. But it is displaying closed tickets also. Please help.

if you did not change it, it should not show closed tickets on Queue View. Could you please show a screenshot?

I could see all tickets including closed tickets. I want all closed tickets should not display in the QUE.
