Is it possible to close ticket of other agent without overtaking the ticket ownership. (I want to close ticket of my subagent which has forgot to close it).

for a one-off, you might consider using Generic Agent if you want to close without taking ownership.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
