Hi
Is there a way to change the ticket numeration OTRS uses? i'd like to use another type of numeration (ex. ticket number first, date second like 000112012011). If anyone knows this, i'd really appreciate the help

From a hint from this Howto it seems reasonable to edit the TicketNumber format file that applies and save the changed version as an option,then change the ticket scheme in the SysConfig. (This topic is fairly common http://www.google.com/search?q=site:for ... ket+number)
