HOW-TO Import Pack&Go from OTRSOnDemand

Hi,

I am unsure how to import Pack&Go .tar package from OTRSOnDemand to my existing OTRS installation. I've tried inserting DatabaseBackup.sql only, it worked somehow then it broke. I can't seem to find the interface for that on the Admin panel. Checked the OTRSOnDemand forum also for some instruction, but there were none.

you also need to import your Config Settings.

So lets make this clear:

- you import DatabaseBackup.sql only (onto existing OTRS database)
- you extract Applicaton.tar, copy files to /opt/otrs/ (onto existing installation)
- you copy Config.pm to /opt/otrs/Kernel/

And that's it?

yes, that should work. Be sure that your OTRS Version is the same Minor Version than the ondemand Version (3.0.x)
