[SOLVED]Notification on Closed Tickets

Hi

Is there a way to send a notification to the customer on a closed/resolved ticket? I'm stumped on this, i'd appreciate the help on this issue

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
