Quick Start? From what point? Have you installed it? Played with the demo?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

ok, i got it installed through the rpm (fedora 12, just had some confusion since the rpm was in a folder labeled 4). Going through the pdf, its well written through ch. 4 at least. thanks!
