Is their a way to show information that was created in a note?
At the moment all i can see is the note comment, but i want to see other things such as custom fields entered in the note and time? possible?

What custom fields? If they're Ticket free text fields, they might be in Free Fields (because they apply to the entire ticket). If you've been able to add Article Free Text fields, they might show up, but I've never done that.
