hello,
apararecer need to do the services list and the list of SLAs for the user to select the ticket.
but is not appearing.
I am testing the permissions settings on the agents, but not working.
anyone have any tips?

services are mapped to a customer. SLAs are mapped to services.
First select a customer. If the customer has assigned services, they will appear. If you want *one* SLA for one service, you'll want to create a specific service for the customer with exactly one SLA assigned to that service.
