Hello,
I need to configure internal (agent) notifications.
The Basic set of Notifications (like en:.agent::New Ticket, en::Agent::Move etc) allows edit only the Subject and the Text of the notification.
But I need to configure also the conditions when the notification is send, to whom etc. I know, this is able to make in the Notification Event.
Bud I need to disable the basic Notifications, otherwise I get two notifications - one from the Notification event and second from the basic Notification.
I am looking for possibility how to
1) disable the basic notifications
2) edit (set up) them
But I didn´t found solution not in the Admin guide, or here on Forum, or in SysLog

They're likely to be addressed in the agent's preferences (set to no).
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

So do You mean, that the Yes/No notification switches in Preferences (New ticket, Follow up etc.) are connected only with the "basic set" of Notifications, and are not connected with the notifications from Notif. Events?
