Frontend::Customer is not writing

Frontend::Customer is not writing

When I try to edit Frontend::Customer settings (for example" CustomerHeadline)" and then press "Update" the page is redirecting to the dashboard and no settings a written/changed. There is also no error msg in the syslog.
I have fresh install 3.0.5 on CentOS 5

Any ideas?
