How can I track time per queue ?! I understand SolutionTime is the overall life of a ticket but can I break that down in queues ?!
SolutionTime = TimeSpentWithQueue1 + TimeSpentWithQueue2 + TimeSpentWithQueue3
This is required for reports

Or do anyone know if Queue assignment is tracked / logged to a level of details that would allow us to pull out time value from the database and come up with Time Spent Per Queue ?!
