Read-only access to admin?

Is it possible to give someone read-only access to the Admin menus? I tried creating a role with just "ro" checked for the built-in "admin" group, but members of this role cannot see the Admin button in the main menu.

Hi,

Same problem with OTRS 3.0.4.
I tried to create a agent as user with "rw" and as admin with "ro" (read only).
When i'm logged, i have no "admin" menu in the navbar.

Is it necessary to add a "ro" entry ? (like "user" when i want to use ro, in conf of Framework -> Core --> System::Customer::Permission)
