Hi,
I'm going live with OTRS 3.0.5 shortly. My customers are imported by inserting to database table otrs.customer_user
It seems to work pretty well.
Are there any potential problems with this?
Later on I'm planning to use Active Directory for authentication purposes and easier customer management.
Which considerations are necessary in terms of managing ticket history for these customers?
