Hello,
I have to create reports based on customer location(via database and via LDAP).I have studied Ticket.pm in Kernel and Agentstats.pm in modules and few more files. Is it possible to modify these files in the manner so that I will be able to achieve my desired report??? Can you also tell me that is there any other important file that I am missing????
