hi, i can´t send surveys, i make one and i changed the status to valid, in configuration system i didn´t any move, so when i close a ticket nothing happen.
i saw the link http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/otrs/20 ... 25925.html and did it like the instructions say, but nothing.
i hope that someone can help me..

I've tried before. It didn't have a problem. Survey email is sent after closing a ticket. You've to make sure:
1. Survey is met your Queue(Survey is based on the Queue).
2. Survey question shall be master.
3. Survey question is sent to customer email directly with the following url.

is the ticket which you are closing in one of the queues you marked for the survey?
do you have your otrs instance with all settings ready to send emails?,
do you have some error or info related in the system log on admin area?
