I have installed OTRS in a local computer (windows XP SP3) using the windows installer OTRS 3.0.5 (MD5 3fd0e4a96068091a4be895fc1edf85409). I use the default settings and a MySQL database. And it is great. But, I have just viewing the status view of the tickets and the following message appeared:
Software error:
Illegal division by zero at C:/ARCHIV~1/OTRS/OTRS//Kernel/System/Ticket.pm line 2249.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster@somenet.com), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.
Could you help me? What could I do?

Do you have Escalation times enabled, but no escalation time is set in tickets / queues?

It is posible.
I´m going to verify it with my backup. But i have a new database and OTRs seems to work great.
I think that otrs in windows xP using MySql is too unstable. i have had a lot of problems with the database. It fails a lot!
