We have otrs poll a imap box for incoming tickets. On a older version of otrs it would poll the box get the email create a new ticket then delete it from box. I have searched the forums and found issues close to what I'm having a problem with but nothing 100%.
I have tested this with multiple emails to our helpdesk email address and I see them in the box and then deleted with no tickets created in otrs. No logs are created either to further trouble shoot this issue.
Any direction would be greatly helpful.

The emails may be sitting in the otrs/var/spool if they've been pulled.

No error logs what so ever its blank.
After looking into the C:\Program Files\OTRS\var\spool
I can see several things in there labeled problem-email-(alpha numeric string)

After searching the forums for otrs/var/spool/ I came across a post about changing the priority names and numbers. Well I did that and then i changed them back to defaults and it now works. My next question would be how do I get otrs to poll the in box more often?

You need to configure your crontab and reduce interval for polling.
See $OTRS_HOME/var/cron
File 'postmaster'
Then reinstall crontab by $OTRS_HOME/bin/otrs/Cron4Win32.pl or whichever you need to reinstall OTRS crontab.
