Solved: OTRS::ITSM Ticket against a Config Item

We need to create tickets against assets. By setting up a config item (a specific computer, say), I can change the deployment state which notes that there is something wrong with the computer, but I want to do this using a ticket - raise a ticket against the computer, saying what it wrong and therefore changing the deployment state of that computer.

How do you link tickets to config items?

Apologies - it was the only forum which appeared to deal with modules, as I know OTRS::ITSM is a module and not part of OTRS itself.
