I'm in the throws of testing my configuration.
My OTRS server lives in our data centre in a seperate domain to our internal user/agent base. Due to various restrictions regarding our connectivity we do not resolve DNS names into our data centre.
The email notifications that are sent contain ticket URL links including the server FQDN which I can see is picked up from SysConfig > Framework > Core > FQDN.
How can I amend the email notifications so that URL links back to tickets contain the server IP address instead of the FQDN?
