Hi,
Is it possible to select from "Service" even if customer user is not registered? By default "Service" is greyed out as long as there are non-registered customer users in the "from" field. We need to register "Service" even for those customer users not registered in the system.

You can't have a Service without a customer user, because SLAs are tied to services. OTRS assumes that you wouldn't have an agreement without a customer that agrees.
It may be possible to use Queues and Customer Groups for a like purpose.
