I've searched high and low for an answer to this issue, but I can't seem to find out how to fix this issue.
My OTRS is no longer automatically checking my Postmaster mailboxes.
Getting the following error when trying to run cronservice.pl: crontab not defined! at cronservice.pl line 413
I restarted the service, no good. I stopped the service, copied a backup of the entire CRONw tab, then started the service...same error.
I need the cronservice run postmastermailbox.pl (mainly) - I can run that perl script manually, but I'm assuming it's this problem that's causing things to break down there.
Anyone have any thoughts?

I'm more interested in entries in C:\Program Files\OTRS\OTRS\var\log\otrs.log relevant to postmaster.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
