Hi to all,
this is the first time for me in this Forum. I've just started to work with OTRS (2.4 version) in my company and I'm having issues with custom states. I've created a new state named "Testing" of type "opened". When the operator who's assigned the ticket changes the state of the ticket to "Testing" and sends an email to the customer, as soon as the customer replyes the ticket state changes back to "Opened". Why does this happen? Am I don't understanding something?

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
