Service Time in ticket zoom

Hello,

I would like to display the ticket's "Service Time" instead of the "Solution Time" in the ticket zoom display.

Does anyone knows the module to edit ?

Start with dtls from Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard (or your custom theme). You are looking for AgentTicketOverview*.dtl
If you need to change a code you have to find corresponding module in Kernel/Output/HTML/TicketOverview*.pm
