I have setup OTRS 3.0.5 at my organization in hopes to move different departments within the office from Outlook to using the OTRS system. I have tried to setup different queues for each department and would like to setup these queues so that members of other departments cannot see these queues. I thought that setting up My Queues for an agent would allow them to only see the queues in that selection. However, when an agent logs in, they can still see the other queues. Is there any way to specify an agent to a certain queue?
If I can get this issue resolved, I can finally push out the system. Again thank you in advance for your help!

Queues belong to groups. Agents who belong to the same groups get to see queues that belong to that group.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
