can we edit the existing CI with the import /export feature?

I use 2.4.9 version of OTRS and ITSM 2.0.2 . In import /export i am able to import the CI 'S and export CI'S as CSV,I exported a CI as CSV and edited some coloumns and i imported it again . New CI's are been created. I want only some columns which i edited are to be updated with same CI number? How can we edit the existing CI with this import /export feature.??

i am writing the CSV file for convenience of understanding
Exported File :
10180000001 Server -Test Production Operational Server used for testing purpose
10180000003 Server -Test Maintenance Incident Server used for testing purpose
10180000004 Server -Test Maintenance Incident Server used for testing purpose
10180000005 Server -Test Maintenance Incident Server used for testing purpose
10180000006 Server -Test Production Operational Server used for testing purpose
10180000007 Server -Test1 Maintenance Incident
10180000008 Server -Test2 Maintenance Incident
10180000009 Server -Test3 Maintenance Incident
10180000010 R_TestServer Pilot Urgent



I had made some changes in the exported file and then imported the below file is that one


10180000001,Server -Test,Maintenance,Operational,Server used for testing purpose
10180000003,Server -Test,Production,Urgent,Server used for testing purpose
10180000004,Server -Test,Maintenance,Incident,Server used for testing purpose
10180000005,Server -Test,Maintenance,Incident,Server used for testing purpose
10180000006,Server -Test,Production,Operational,Server used for testing purpose
10180000007,Server -Test4,Maintenance,Incident,
10180000008,Server -Test5,Maintenance,Incident,
10180000009,Server -Tes63,Maintenance,Incident,
10180000010,R_TestServer,Pilot,Urgent,TestServer

I want the data is to be updated . But a new config items are created .How to overcome this problem???????????
