i want to call a web service from otrs.. i am using otrs3.0.5 ..
suppose i will give customer name and the webservice will fetch all the details of customer from a separate
database...
can u plz help me out ...
is it possible to call a webservice from otrs

In document i didn't get any webservice example ...
can you plz guide me how should I proceed ?

there is no example on how to use web services for user data. You'll need some coding experiences in PERL and some knowledge in OTRS Development to code this.
