Hi I wonder if anyone can help, I require to edit how many tickets can be viewed per page when using Queview in Agent UI. The main reason is that I want to display this queue on a 47" TV.
Many 10x in advance to anyone who contributes to my problem.

Admin => Agents => select the desired agent and change the values.

Thank you for your suggestion, however I forgot to mention that I'm using OTRS 2.4.9 and when I went to admin I am not seeing any Agent option. What I have is the Users and Groups and when I selected a user there are no options where it states how many tickets you want to have available in Queueview. Any idea?

I do not have a running 2.4, so I cannot comment on that.
2.3 got an option in the user settings to set the 'shown tickets' up to 25 per page.
All other stuff will have to be changed in source. With a little luck its just a change in the .dtl template, but I can´t tell for 2.4.
