Agent "Preferances" in OTRS 3.0.5

hi,

Been going over the agents interface in OTRS ver 3.0.5 and what I don't see is the "Preferance" button like there used to be in the previous versions where the agent has the ability to reset his/her passwords and other options such as recieve email notifications etc. is that all changed to another settings? If so please advise where and how it's possible for the agents to access this. Thanks
