ERROR/BUG - configitem_history lost after upgrading ITSM

I filed this as a bug-report already - maybe someone of you had the same issue?

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

After upgrading from OTRS2.4.9 to OTRS 3.0.5 and ITSM 1.3.2 to 2.1.93 it seems
that the database structure for ITSM item history changed.
The table configitem_version was split into to new tables configitem_history
and configitem_history_type.
But when upgrading the installation the contents of the table did not get
transferred. So all configitem history is lost in the web interface. New
history gets saved though. Upgrading to ITSM 2.1.94 didn't help either


STEP-BY-STEP DESCRIPTION TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM

1) Upgraded OTRS installation from 2.4.9 to 3.0.5, then upgraded to ITSM
2.1.93
