Hi everybody.
I´m using the OTRS 3.0.4 and facing the following situation:
- My calendar configuration doesn´t consider saturdays and sundays as work days
- When I open a ticket on friday, after the work hours, the time response and resolution calculations occur correctly. It "jumps" the weekend.
- But, if I open the ticket before the end of the work hours, the calc considers saturday and sunday as ONE day, and the response and resolution times are set to sunday.
It appears that the calculation has a bug. Is there anyone else with this issue?
My conf: OTRS ITSM 3.0.4 on Cent OS 5
