WorkOdergraph is not visible for a workorder

Hello
Friends,

We are using OTRS 2.4.9 +ITSM 2.0.2. I created a change and added a workorder to it . I can not see the WorkOrdergraph i.e horizontal barlines are invisible . How can i rectify this problem.
