Does OTRS support POP3 over SSL?

Hi,
I have problem to fetch email from mail server through POP3 over SSL. There is no option in GUI of OTRS 2.4 to configure POP3 over SSL. So no email can be downloaded and sent out. Searched online and found one 2 year old post for the same question. But the link to one module is broken. Does anybody know the latest OTRS version 3.0.5 support POP3 over SSL? If so, please supply detail instruction how to set it up.

3.05 supports pop3 over ssl. You need to have perl modules installed for it to work.

Check the below link for which modules must be installed.

run otrs.CheckModules.pl from bin directory to check all installed modules.
