I attache a file to a note on a ticket (the files store in DB). when I open the ticket and download the file, it doesn't open. the format of file are corrupted.
what is the problem?
please help me.

That's the same error I have too. First I have OTRS 2.4.7 running well. Then I am upgrading to OTRS 3.0.5. It runs well, only attachments in the DB were corrupt after loading from the DB. I have compare the original with the db-blob and the copy of a MS-Wordfile-attachment with a hexeditor.
In the original and in the db-blob is the same content, so attachment-saving works well.
Only in the copy are 'C2'-Charakters added in front of Charakters who grater then 127 (0x7f). So for MS-Word the file is corrupt and can't open.
Who can fix this bug?
