Hello,
I've just migrated from 2.4 to 3.0.5. All went nearly fine. I can log in with my user agents, I can create new tickets.
When I log in as root@localhost, I'm able to to some admin task and see all tickets.
The only thing that doesn't seem to work is that group relation to agents seems to be lost (everything is unchecked). if I check relation and click submit, database is updated, but if I go back to rlation, everything is unchecked.
As agents aren't in any group, they don't have any related queue and so they can't create tickets nore see them.
May you help me ?

Hi,
I saw that in DB, there'rre 2 user table : "user" and "system user". All my agents were in table system_user, not in user. I added them thru a sql statement (just user and id) and now it works fine !
It doesn't make sense but it works !

system_user is not used since 2.3 ... so it seems that a previous update went wrong
