OptionStrgHashRef

I'm sorry if this is a newbie question but I am in fact a newbie when it comes to otrs. We have otrs 3 with itsm 3.0 beta 4 installed and when a customer submits a ticket and I open it as the admin who is assigned that ticket, if I click on the Owner button at the top of that ticket, I get the following error:

Can't locate object method "OptionStrgHashRef" via package "Kernel::Output::HTML::Layout" at /opt/otrs//Kernel/Modules/AgentTicketOwner.pm line 914.

Also if I click on the Note button at the top, I get the following error:


Can't locate object method "OptionStrgHashRef" via package "Kernel::Output::HTML::Layout" at /opt/otrs//Kernel/Modules/AgentTicketNote.pm line 1181.

Can someone please guide me in the right direction as to why I'm getting these errors? Thanks.
