Hi,
My OTRS have 3 queues, so I have one GMail account for each queue, X, Y and Z... OTRS have just one SMTP account to send email... So I had to configure X account to send emails from the others... In X account, in the path "configuration" tab, "Accounts and Imports", "Send mail as", i had set Y and Z account... I can send emails, from X, with Y and Z as sender... it works and I have already tested in OTRS with just one account configured... it works fine...
the problem is... Having all the 3 accounts configured in OTRS, all queues send the emails from the same sender account...
What i am doing wrong ?

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
