I have problem with number of service difined in my otr installaiton.
I have defined 225 services, and in a first time in the [ Customer Users <-> Services ] page the system displayed an a red allert "Service (>200), i had solved this problem with this advice found in otrs mailing list (http://www.mail-archive.com/otrs@otrs.org/msg25177.html) now in the [ Customer Users <-> Services ] page, i seen all service and i activated all service in default configuration.
But, when a customer open new ticket, the system not show all service... i think that the system show "only" 200 service.... why?
