Auto Response not working

Getting the following error and also auto response not working when new ticket is created..


Mon Feb 28 19:26:32 2011 error OTRS-otrs.PostMaster.pl-10 Can't send to 'root@zeus.fs.capgemini.com': 000! Enable Net::SMTP debug for more info!

What can be the issue?

What happens when you send an email to that exact address in your mail client? Usually, root@ isn't a valid email address anyway, but your situation may vary.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
Please edit your signature to include your OTRS version, Operating System, and database type.
