Updating 3.0.5 to 3.0.6 in a Windows environment

I have been trying to find the proper way to upgrade from version 3.0.5 to 3.0.6 in a Windows based environment. I have seen numerous posts regarding updating within a different OS, and the only Windows upgrades were for version 2.X.X of OTRS. Is the upgrading method the same as previous versions of OTRS?
OTRS 3.1.4
Windows Server 2008 R2
MySQL

OTRS 3.0.10 - soon to be 3.0.12 or 3.1.4
Windows Server 2008 R2

yes, like in the old versions
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
