we had just migrate in production from 2.2.5 to 3.0.5 and we were unable to reactivate a friendly option that change color of the header of ticket when none are managing it.
in attachemt i posted an image where i've circled the part that i want set a different color for unlocked ticket.
where I can chage the js code or perl who color the ticket?
