priority to risk

Hello Friends,

i want to change the display name of some content ... like priority to RISK ...

anyone know how can i do that ... please find attached file

Some how i know to change this ... you need to change condition_attribute table row number five Priority to Risk and in syscinfig in ITSMchangeecpress PriorityID to RiskID and i also make changes in one .xml file and get the result but last drop down not displaying ....... find new attached screen shot...

I think they check class name some where for last drop down creation .... so I also change class name in general catalog table but no output .... so it means they verify class name with some xml file i guess or may be hard coded at the time of making drop down ....

i just want to change name .... if any one know then please guide me ....
