How to add sms feature in ITSM Tickets

Hi all,

please suggest how to add a sms feature in the ITSM Tickets, we have 5 configuration Items in the ITSM Configuration Management tickets, i want to send a sms to my customers via ITSM Tickets, please suggest how can i do it, looking forward for your kind reply

You will need to develop this functionality on your own. So you won't find a detailled guideline in the manuals
