actual start date wrong

hello Guys,

I install ITSM pack on my OTRS folder.

whenever i add new workorder in my change itme it shows wrong actual start date and actual end date ...

Actual Start:
01/01/9999 00:00:00
Actual End:
01/01/9999 00:00:00

what could be the reason of that ?
