I'm my company, we are actually using OTRS 2.4.7 with ITSM in Linux and we would like to migrate to 3.0.5 Windows with ITSM.
Can anyone tell me how to do it?
We would like to preserve the configuration and the data, as well as the translation that we made of some modules into spanish.
