Can we login OTRS by Active Directory Account ?

I'm newbie for OTRS ITSM. I'm looking for how we can login to OTRS by Active Directory Account.
So I would like to how we can integrate Active Directory with OTRS ?

I can also vouch for ActiveDirectory support - works for both agents and customers, and you can have a mixture of some customers authenticating via AD an other via a simple OTRS account.
