We are using OTRS 3.0.4 (update from 2.4.7 a few month ago) and everything was working fine until this morning.
Suddenly, (we could'nt determine exactly what happened), all users got access to all queues, and we haven't done any changes to the configuration.
Even if we remove all groups to a user he keeps on seeing all tickets of all queues.
It seems however that a user created after this problem has only acces to the queues according to the groups he belongs to.
Do you have any idea of what could have happened and how I can solve this problem ?
