I am being stupid here but........as I look at tickets and their attached articles Iget a little confused
I can understand that if I do not own a ticket I can not updated it and thus things like Forward and phone call outbound are disabled from the header of the detail of the article type.
But even if I am the owner when I go through the article history the options change. sometimes I can see forward and phone call outbound and reply. Sometimes I see one and sometimes I see none of them and sometimes I see all three with two reply buttons . I know there must be a logic to what is displayed but I just can not see what it is.
